LookAround - Sim uses advanced face tracking technology to enable hands-free exploration within the X-Plane simulator. The setup process is remarkably straightforward:

• Download LookAround - Sim on your iOS device.
• Launch X-Plane on your computer and initiate a new flight.
• Ensure your iOS device has a secure Wifi connection that matches the network of your computer running X-Plane.
• Open LookAround - Sim – it will seamlessly detect X-Plane without requiring manual configuration of IP addresses or ports.

Feel free to experiment with Roll tracking for free – observe how tilting your head sideways mirrors the motion in your simulator. To access Yaw and Pitch tracking, a simple one-time In-App purchase is available.

Note that LookAround - Sim is compatible with X-Plane 10.40 and higher, whereas Head Roll tracking is exclusively supported on X-Plane 11 and above.

For optimum performance, position your iOS device and Wifi router in close proximity. Moreover, establishing a wired connection from your Wifi router to the X-Plane computer can help minimize latency and enhance overall responsiveness.
